The Aga Khan international Scholarships provides a limited number of undergraduate and Ph.D. scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding Ph.D. students from developing countries including Djibouti who have no other means of financing their Ph.D. studies

On a yearly basis, five Ph.D. Students are appointed by the Foundation, namely Canadian, and international researchers in the category and researchers who are not admitted to a university but in the category of Visiting. #17. FIG Foundation Ph.D. Scholarships 2022 for Developing Countries

Students must be vying for a degree at Ph.D. level and registered in a surveying or geomatics programme that helps to train students in surveying in Djibouti and country considered by the World Bank as an economically deprived country.

The Ph.D. students who’re applying must have had a paper accepted by a peer-reviewed journal based on their Ph.D. research project.

#19. Abel Visiting Scholar Program 2022 for Mathematics Ph.D. Scholars in Developing Countries

A selection committee chooses which international students application is successful.

The Selection Committee encompasses a member chosen by the Abel board, a member chosen by the IMU Executive Committee and a third member chosen by CDC

Host/Eligibility Nationality: Djibouti Students, and all developing countries

Level of study: Ph.D. Students in a wide range of study programmes.
